Shirley Blanch is a Sussex based transformational mindfulness coach, who works with young people and adults, using mindfulness to help people make lasting changes to their health and wellbeing using mindfulness techniques that can be easily incorporated into daily life. 

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness means paying attention to the present moment exactly as it is without judgement. It works by encouraging us to focus on what is happening right now rather than stressing about the past which we cannot change and worrying about the future which we cannot accurately predict and have no control over either. That’s why it’s great for improving the way we handle stressful situations in our lives and for helping us to get back on track quickly.

What is Micro Mindfulness?

Micro Mindfulness is a book series devised by Shirley to help her clients incorporate easy real time mindfulness practices into their everyday lives without having to find the time to meditate if they don’t want to.  These strategies can also be taught in workshops/talks and in coaching sessions.
